We use Marketo mainly for email marketing and campaigns. We also use the analytics tabs, which help us look at which emails are performing well and which are not based on certain criteria.

We are trying to increase our lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement through Marketo. Each scenario is different, with different goals depending on the project we are working on.
I prefer Marketo over some of the other marketing automation tools I've used because I think it is very user-friendly, even for someone who has never used the platform. It can be complex & overwhelming with all the features and functionalities, but once you dive in and use the tool, you see why it's essential to your marketing strategy.
