Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Photoshop is used by our social media designers and editors to produce content for social media. This is a team of nearly a dozen people. Photoshop allows us to create professional graphics for anything and everything going on in sports - final scores, upcoming matches, player performances, and so on - that are then posted to our pages across social media (Instgram, Twitter, Facebook).

Adobe Photoshop is superior in terms of its capabilities in terms of photo editing and image retouching. It is more powerful for building high level graphic designs that incorporate things like gradients, lighting, textures and so on. Where Sketch has an advantage over Photoshop is in layout design - as this is more of its intended purpose. It would be neat if Photoshop could incorporate some of the more advanced layout functionalities of Sketch.
I don't need to use the support often - however the Adobe forum is often a useful place to find answers to any troubleshooting related questions or issues.

Adobe Photoshop is great for creating unique designs that incorporate a number of useful things like photo editing / retouching, text and typography layout and colour usage. It is an incredibly powerful and intuitive program to use. As a designer within the company, I often times build intricate templates in Photoshop that are then passed down to other members of the team (who are less fluent with design and Photoshop in general) and they are still able to make the necessary edits and updates in order to finalize graphics (for when I am not in office - evenings and weekends).
