Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Since our company deals in purchase agreements as well as renewals, our Sales team and our Customer Support team use it quite often. We use Adobe Sign on the regular. It's super easy to implement and use. Even when we bring on a new hire or contractor, Adobe Sign is right there to sign the paperwork. As an Admin, I have on occasion had to reach out to the Customer Service for support. I have been blown away by how helpful and knowledgeable their team is.
  • From an Admin side, easy to manage the users.
  • From a user side, easy to navigate
  • I've had one user experience issues after they had signed up for a trial, then attempt to use their company profile. Both were tied to the same email. Adobe Sign didn't recognize the licensed product.
  • Negative- Only the one case where a user had signed up for a trial before he was given the licensed product. Once the trial ended he started having issues. Solved by creating a new user with a different email.
  • Positive- Teams seem to love it.
I have reached out in the last two years maybe twice, and this was early on. Each time I had to discuss an issue with a support person, it was handled and resolved quickly. Techs were respectful, honest, knowledgeable, and seemed like they really enjoyed assisting users.
I leave little room for improvement. Only because I know there are other products such as DocuSign. As I have used both, they are similar, from a user's perspective. I can't speak from an Admin's side.
Our Customer Support team and our Sales team use it on the regular. Same goes for our Executive team. I have spoken to each group and they love it. From new sales orders, new hires and support issues.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat Sign delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat Sign's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat Sign live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat Sign go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?

Yes

Both are easy to use, however the biggest difference I see is the name. Adobe is more recognized. For me, when I used DocuSign, it feels the same for scrolling to sign, but from the set up it tends to be a little more confusing.
As a company [that] deals in Sales, it's perfect for having new customers navigate to sign agreements. Same goes with our new hires when we add contractors on for the NDA and work rules agreements. It's super easy to manage and use.
