Adobe Sign Pros and Cons
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign
Since our company deals in purchase agreements as well as renewals, our Sales team and our Customer Support team use it quite often. We use Adobe Sign on the regular. It's super easy to implement and use. Even when we bring on a new hire or contractor, Adobe Sign is right there to sign the paperwork. As an Admin, I have on occasion had to reach out to the Customer Service for support. I have been blown away by how helpful and knowledgeable their team is.
Pros
- From an Admin side, easy to manage the users.
- From a user side, easy to navigate
Cons
- I've had one user experience issues after they had signed up for a trial, then attempt to use their company profile. Both were tied to the same email. Adobe Sign didn't recognize the licensed product.
- Negative- Only the one case where a user had signed up for a trial before he was given the licensed product. Once the trial ended he started having issues. Solved by creating a new user with a different email.
- Positive- Teams seem to love it.
