Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign
I use Adobe Sign to exchange documents that need signing with contractors, employees, colleagues, and the public in general. The scope and range of use vary from the signing of service contracts to signing payment vouchers. Without Adobe Sign, I would have either (1) sit around waiting for the postal service to deliver wet signed documents, (2) drive around for signatures, or (3) have others do the driving to bring me the documents. Adobe Sign has evidenced the amount of wasted time and money of just two years ago.

- Adobe Sign is not a good stand alone document signing app for private use due to the lack of integration with other non Adobe products or cost.
Contracting with a government agency requires extensive levels of checks and balances, which may include also many levels of authority signing documents before it is filed with the clerks office. When I initiate signature collections, I am able to have 5 or 6 signatures collected within 60 minutes. This process would take up to two weeks in the past. Governmemt agencies have always received a bad rap for how slow it moves processes. There are no excuses anymore.
