Overall Satisfaction with ADP Enterprise eTIME
ADP Enterprise eTIME is used globally for our company's timekeeping needs. It allows for global access to employee timecards, including signing off for payroll purposes, housing/editing employee schedules, holding employee payroll data, and allows for employees to see their own schedule. It houses an area for customizable security groups for different managers and administrators.

- Easy view of employee timecards
- Timecard reconciliation
- A simpler method to download punches.
- Historical edits do not work well for our company.
- Allowing to see time off requests further out in the year without looking in a different place.
- Saves time on data entry or mistakes.
- Allows employees to see their own schedule which has saved us time responding to phone calls and scheduling mix-ups.
- Allows for a real-time schedule.
The ADP Enterprise eTIME side of the customer service team is excellent. We have had many complicated phone calls and the ADP Enterprise eTIME team has always been able to help us. They have helped us to come up with many solutions, from shift differential codes to setting up holidays automatically at the beginning of the year. Great team!
