Overall Satisfaction with ADP Enterprise eTIME

It is being used at our World Headquarters in Madison, Indiana. This system is used for employees clocking in and out, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Attendance tracking.
  • Leave management.
  • Time spent on leave management.
  • Quick attendance reporting.
The support has been good but I do not rate the highest when we have had to use the support several times to get issues resolved. ADP's overall support is always good.

I think the product is very flexible across most any industry or business. It can be used as a standalone product or in conjunction with other software, especially payroll software. It does not have to necessarily be the ADP product line which is good for companies who work with other vendors.
