Overall Satisfaction with ADP ezLaborManager
We use ADP ezLaborManager to simplify HR related tasks. Because we are a small firm, we don't have a dedicated HR dept. As such, this tool is perfect for running reports and keeping track of payroll related information quickly and efficiently. ADP customer service is also a good resource to teach you all about the functionality....it was very intuitive and easy to use!
- Staff related reports
- Tax information
- Salary expense summaries
- Some improvements to interface could be done to make it easier to use
- Better documentation showing what it can do
- It's saved us the cost of hiring & training a dedicated HR manager as ADP does so much of this for us.
- ADP saved us a lot of headaches in regards to keeping track of payroll filings.
It was the complete package. Resources & support were best in marketplace.
