ADP GlobalView Payroll is used by employees to access their payslips and other compensation and benefits-related information. It serves as a unified platform for all employee-related information like compensation and benefits, time tracking and leave details, and payroll management. It makes it convenient to manage payroll processing for multi-national companies making sure that all regulations are being followed and no manual intervention is required.
- Simple and intuitive user interface
- Employees are able to access all historical and current payroll related information at a single place
- Investment Declaration and Flexible benefits can be managed from the same platform
- With so much employee information at hand, it should have more predictive and prescriptive capabilties
- iOS mobile app seems to be very slow and UI feels archaic
- Customer support needs to be improved
- Saves a lot of HR time as most of the information is available on a self-service portal
- Employees can directly update their personal information so that the database is always updated.
- Employees can track their historical Income Tax declarations and payslips which again saves a lot of HR time.
