Overall Satisfaction with ADP GlobalView Payroll
We are using ADP for the payment of salaries to all associates across all functions. The portal provides details on tax structures - different aspects of the salary and taxes applicable, forms for tax filings - annual forms available for the associate for the entire tenure, historic pay slips and tax planner that helps in structuring salary buckets.

- Alert / Indicate variance in salary component as compared to previous payslip
- Provide financial planning calculator
- Self service portal for associates - reduces queries
- Quick data feed for Finance team to process payment of salaries
- Easy UI - even new users can work on it without much training
ADP has a better interface for the end-user compared to the Oracle module and others for payroll. The data integrity and visual appeal are an add on.
