It is used in the whole organization globally. It does a good job as a centralized HCM Payroll system. It is great for payroll processing, talent management, [and] T&A attendance tracking. Users can also enter, update and view their selected pay rate, benefits, tax selection, and a portal to 401-K elections. It can be available via the cloud and integrated with such security apps as Okta. Users can leverage it via multiple platforms as it is 100% cloud-based.
