Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
We use ADP for employment taxes in the Human Resources Office. We were handling the paying of employment taxes in house prior to going with ADP.
- The SmartComplaince website is user-friendly. I don't access it every day but when I do go in I can find what I need quickly.
- Our university hires adjunct instructors in multiple states. I originally choose ADP over another option I was considering because at that time ADP would complete the registration in a new state for state income taxes. I now have to complete that registration myself.
- Going with ADP has reduced the administrative time it previously took to process W2s at the end of the year.
