Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

I currently use SmartCompliance to upload tax notices, issue stop payments on checks, and also to check and see if checks have been cashed or not. I don't believe it is being used across the whole organization. Prior to ADP SmartCompliance, we were using Ultimate software to address these issues.

SmartCompliance is well suited for payroll and checking to see if checks have been cashed or to stop payment on checks. It is convenient to upload tax notices.
