Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

A file is submitted to ADP for them to process the employment taxes.
  • They pay the employment taxes in a timely manner.
  • Make it easier to find the quarterly tax files to printout, but I think they just did this with the last qusrter.
  • ADP SmartCompliance has made my workload [increase]. The problems I have each quarter are because something is not mapped correctly or they don't support the issue.
  • I'm not sure
I had some unresponsive reps in the past, but the current rep is much better and I feel she is there to help me when needed. The other thing is how to get hold of the rep. I just can't pick up the phone and talk to them. I found the best way to get hold of someone is to send an e-mail.
