Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
We use ADP for the Tax Credit Services. ADP has been an excellent partner in helping us maximize the tax credit opportunities. All of our locations are accessing the software to capture the required data to make this program successful. Previously, we were utilizing another provider for these services. This new process is more efficient and successful.

- ADP has integrated with Avionte which simplifies our processes.
- ADP reports keep us informed of our credits and opportunities.
- ADP works with us to help design the internal processes to maximize the credit opportunities in an efficient manner.
Cons
- The transition to ADP could have been smoother.
- Our initial setup was not as efficient as it could have been.
- I was left out of important communications in the beginning.
- ADP keeps us informed as to the changes and developments in the tax credit world.
- ADP has allowed us to streamline our tax credit processes to be more accurate and efficient.
- Our new processes are less labor intensive and easier to complete. This makes our employees happy!
