- The ADP system helps our company with credit compliance and processes.
- ADP SmartCompliance has in-depth analytics and excellent and streamlined YE reporting. Real-time systems provide insight without waiting for a scheduled report. Access to this tool frees up resources and allows us to do more in less time.
- The questionnaire process is quick and easy for candidates to use. We appreciate the ease of access through a mobile-specific device.
- We appreciate the seamless integration with the applicant system.
- ADP keeps data secure and is always improving as new technology becomes available.
- There are gaps in reporting. Some reports do not have up-to-date information even though weekly reports are sent.
- We would like the locations list to be current, old groups, districts, supervisors removed. We would like term dates entered regularly.
