Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
The Company most recently used ADP to compute and maximize the hurricane credit as well as support us with IRS concurrence. This specific product was used by the tax department. Without ADP we would not have been able to obtain such a high quality report accepted by the IRS nor achieve such a significant benefit.
- The software was very user-friendly.
- The ADP consultants were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
- The output generated by the ADP product was very insightful and easy to understand.
- Additionally instructions or explanations on how the workstream works would be helpful.
- Not a fan of the contingency. At minimum there should be a cap.
