ADP SmartCompliance is used by HR to process garnishments, employment taxes, W-2's, and wage payments. Using SmartCompliance has eliminated the majority of the manual processes that were used by payroll for employment taxes and garnishments.

Our account manager for Tax Services always keeps us on top of things that need to be done.
I think that ADP SmartCompliance is excellent for employment taxes but lacking for wage garnishments and wage payments.

We recently had to set up two new companies and our Tax Services rep was able to assist and replied quickly
I like the fact that we have a dedicated account rep for taxes but not for garnishments or wage payments. All requests are answered timely though.

Tax payments are very easy to use and there is a lot of documentation. I feel that the garnishments and wage payments are more cumbersome and there is very little good documentation to help.
