It has been beneficial, as keeping us informed and current helps us make changes and make productive decisions for our agency.
Our agency only use one module for federal and state taxes.

Simplify compliance complexity. The ADP links has a tax resource area for research and helps link you to application forms for new state registrations. There are a lot of resources in this area to help you stay up to date and in the know. Good info can help to make good changes and decisions.
We feel confident in the service that ADP offers us as we have seen a reduction of unexpected costs from noncompliance.
We had a difference in the total of FICA taxes in the 4th quarter, our ADP SmartCompliance representative helped us using the quarter balance version and the ledger tool, and we were able to find the difference and submit the quarter on time.

On one occasion, we had to add a transaction in the periodic file, after the file was submitted. We contacted our representative, who has great knowledge of the system and resolved the situation in record time.
