Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

We currently use ADP Smart Compliance for Garnishment and Tax Services. ADP is the leader in the industry and that can't be denied.
  • User friendly
  • Providing a tool that has everything located all in one place
  • Communication - notify client of issues
  • Maybe add a chat option.
  • We have issues with our whole Payroll team receiving direct deposit reject email notifications. Maybe have a team to periodically have someone reach out to clients quarterly to see if they need help with getting issues resolved. We called a few times but I'm still not getting them. I set a reminder to check every Friday.
  • Expand beta testing to companies only using Tax Services instead of the ones able to purchase the full package.
  • We use Tax Services and Garnishments. We often have issues researching localities on our own. It would be nice if Tax client could have access to plug in an employees address and get help with who whether local taxes are required and how to get them set up.

We don't use this at my current company.
There is no comparison. Oracle services are horrible, and we have to use a third party to get support.
I don't have any specific scenarios that would be helpful at this time. I have used ADP Smart Compliance at my previous employer and loved it. I actually don't think I appreciated it enough. I hope that we will be using more of ADPs full package in the future. Oracle should not be offering payroll service. They don't have a clue compared to ADP.

6 - Our accounting team and human resources use ADP to process payroll. ADP is easier to use than most systems. So, I'm not sure there is a skill requirement.
