Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
With ADP SmartCompliance I am able to upload tax documents and know that a tax expert will help me with my issues. I also am able to pull any invoice, tax statement or invoice with easy. I review the billing from SmartCompliance and being able to do all of the research from on place is great.

- Set up a tax jurisdiction could use some work, it is hard to tell were the application is at in the process

I will receive notices from SmartCompliance on regulations that are changing and the actions that my company will need to do to stay compliant. I believe that set up tax could use some work, when you request ADP to help you set up the new tax jurgistion, they should have a better way of reporting where they are in the process.
I don't know, I have not used other products like SmartCompliance.
