Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

It is being used by payroll and HR at this time. We will roll it out to managers in the future once we continue to build out the areas we want them to use.

Double check everything. When you think you are done testing, test more.
Yes - Phase one was payroll and time
Phase two was benefits
Phase three was RM
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled
  • Time rep did not truly understand our needs
  • Original benefit enrollment was rough

There needs to be additional capabilities, such as labeling areas to company specific labels
Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - We were guided through it
