Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM
It gives our HR/Payroll team better
control over payroll-related activities provides easier access to employee /
wage information simplifies reporting/compliance / record-keeping and helps
employers address employee information confidentiality concerns. The system
does a great when it calculates net pay, federal withholding tax, Social
Security tax, Medicare, state and local payroll taxes - which flows to accounting.
This software also supports user-defined Income, Tax, and
Pre-tax / Post-tax Deduction categories making it very flexible and powerful. It
has streamlined HR office work into one hub. Reporting is strong yet simple to use.

- I would like more standard reports that could be shared amoung other organizations
- automatic workflows for all HR action functions
ADP Vantage HCM is truly a plug and play product. Implementation is effective, tools strong and support team is great.
