Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are currently using ADP for time/attendance and payroll by our company across the board. The Time and Attendance function helps us keep track of our hourly employees and allows our staff a system for asking for time off. The payroll function allows us to pay our employees via direct deposit and provides electronic statements.
  • ADP handles all of the filing for our payroll taxes
  • ADP helped us set up payroll in different states
  • We have a hard time with reporting functions, the reports are not easy to customize
  • When you get customer support on the phone they are very helpful, however there is sometimes a long wait to get them on the phone
  • We are currently paying for the HR Module and we do not know how to use it.
  • All of our payroll taxes are taken care of by ADP behind the scenes we do not have to worry to much about taking care of multi-state taxes.
  • ADP is efficient for tracking hourly employee clock-in/out times.
  • Kronos,sage,sap
ADP was in place when I started working for my current company, I find the program average.
There may be some functions of ADP that I do not know about yet that could make ADP work better for our company, I just have not discovered them yet (ATS, HRIS, etc).
ADP's whole system is a little cumbersome, we have to call the support line often. Customizing reports has been very difficult for us, it was one of the selling points, however we do not use that feature.

ADP Workforce Now Support

ADP's support is very good when you get them on the phone; sometimes the wait time to get support is too long.
