Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

[It's] used by HR and Payroll. All employees have access for paystubs and benefit enrollment.

Pros

  • Benefit enrollments flow directly into payroll.
  • Carrier Connection allows benefit elections to go directly to the insurance provider, instead of me keying each new enrollment individually.

Cons

  • Creating a new user can sometimes be difficult when they get locked out after trying to answer the security questions.
  • As a 1 person HR department, ADP Workforce Now is saving me time to do other more important things.
Initially tried to track license renewals but it wasn't quick and efficient to enter the information and see at a glance who to check. I settled on an Excel spreadsheet instead since it took less time to see which licenses were due to be renewed.
