Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP workforce now across our organization and utilize many of the ADP add-ons including iPay and EzLaborManager. We find it to be a robust solution and ADP is always very responsive to any request we submit.

Pros

  • The reporting function is easy to use and very dynamic.
  • Our employees appreciate being able to access their paystubs and W-2s 24/7 online.
  • The self-service feature is easy to use and we have all employees make their direct deposit and address changes online.

Cons

  • As a multistate drilling contractor, our employees move from state to state quite a bit and we have run into some problems with changes not properly flowing over to ADP when an employee returns to a state he or she previously worked in.
  • The communication from the tax department could use improvement, when cases are submitted for investigation the result is not always the right one.
  • Our employees are happy because their paychecks are correct and easy to understand.
ADP is easy to use and handles the backend updates so you don't also have to be an IT whiz to know your payroll is going to be properly calculated.
For companies with complex department structures and salary structures ADP workforce now is a good fit.
