Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

[It's used] across the organization for payroll, HR, and talent acquisition.

Pros

  • Everything in one spot.
  • Like that it can be accessed from anywhere.
  • Reporting seems to be easy.

Cons

  • Every time there is something updated or added, it seems to break something else.
  • Issues with being able to do the calculation for eligible earnings for 401k like we would like.
  • Support can be tricky. Usually easy to get to but sometimes get an incorrect answer.
  • Helps that we are not involved with multiple vendors
This is better than their first web based product. I have not had the opportunity to try Dayforce.
Well suited for basic payroll. Customization can be a little lacking.
