We use ADP WFN to administer all of our payroll and benefit operations across all business units of the Rainbow Tree Company. We utilize the homepage as a digital bulletin board, providing company news and documents to our employees.
- The interface is extremely straightforward, and our employees love the simplicity involved in requesting time off, changing direct deposit information, using various calculators, and viewing pay statements.
- The support is excellent with knowledgeable representatives.
- Payroll Processing is quick and accurate, easy to preview, with exception reporting capabilities that support our benefit transmittal, reconciliations, and G/L interfacing.
- There are often long waits for a customer service representative.
- We had some employees that had difficulty creating a profile - but it was resolved quickly on the back end.
- When I get a timecard exception notice, it would be nice to have details (employee name, date of exception) readily available within the notification.
