Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use Workforce Now across our whole organization. It helps us with many items. HRIS, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Management, PTO, FMLA, Policy, Benefit/Open Enrollment and Document Cloud. We can create custom reports and help our managers with employee management and time. It also is a great tool for our remote employees to always be able to access. We can create links for them to get information in the cloud.

Pros

  • We can track our PTO and days used. It created nice accruals each year.
  • Recruiting portal helps us track applicants, set up interviews, screening and emails all in one step.
  • Payroll can be customized to your company. We have several pay platforms, compensation grades and departments.

Cons

  • Training module is more of document cloud. This could be moved to become more of a LMS system.
  • FMLA tracking - update to include forms and intermittent FMLA
  • Company Documents - Have so employees can view these documents or print them out.
  • We are able to house all things in on HRIS system with the exception of Training.
For the price you get more for your money. Support is usually very good.
It is well suited for midsize companies. Over 500 employees it would need some upgrades and/or different approaches to items.
