Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP was implemented by the HR department a couple of years ago, this helped us to be more organized with our resources in regards to payroll and time off requests.
  • It's easy to handle time off requests.
  • As a manager, you have easy access to your team's bios, incomes, roles.
  • Very user-friendly.
  • The only thing that I don't like is the Message Center icon, you have to perform like 2 or 3 steps to reach your messages.
  • Improved tracking our resources time
  • User-friendly UI
  • Great tool to make changes in your benefits
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I'm not part of the HR team, but I know that this tool helped them a lot, reduced time and improved organization.
We use to have a homemade software, it was a mess.
[It's a] great tool to manage resources. As an individual, it makes really easy to request time off, to check your benefits, enroll/unenroll. It's great to monitor your team's progress and goals.
