Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We are using ADP across the organization. It is a tool that is helpful to manage payroll payment to employees who are salaried and hourly. It is nice that they are able to integrate with the time clock for hourly employees and it is flexible to meet our needs. It also keeps records for time missed and any vacation/sick/holiday time that may be available to the employee.
- Time keeping.
- Pay information.
- Benefit time tracking for the employee.
- Benefit information and costs for each check.
- It seems like there is a lot of clicks to get where you need to go. Possibly a better menu structure.
- Can be slow at times.
- Less time inputting infomation
- Less time answering questions for staff
- All in one portal for all pay related needs
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - This is hard to quantify as there are many people across the organization that manage time and input things directly. This has taken out an extra person most of the time as we are not submitting data that would need to be re entered into another data base for payroll payment.
We have not used a similar system before ADP. We had a system where it would just allow strictly payroll and we had to enter time manually. It was very time consuming and with the automation we use with ADP it saves a lot of time and human error from happening.
