Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Our whole organization uses ADP Workforce Now, including our sister store. We utilize their time and attendance as well. This helps address employees asking how much time off they have remaining and allows them to request their time off so our payroll department can concentrate more on the payroll. It also makes our employees responsible for missed punches.

Pros

  • Time & attendance is very easy to use
  • Processing payroll is simple

Cons

  • GL function is quite confusing, not very user friendly
  • Email support doesn't always render a reply in a timely fashion
  • Allows HR to concentrate on functions other than just payroll.
ADP Workforce Now offers so many products for companies big and small.
Being able to customize our home page for our company is great. Then all employees know what is going on within the business. It's great that they added just a time clock function so when they are doing maintenance on Workforce Now, employees can still punch in and out for attendance.
