Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for payroll and reports. I have looked into the HR end of it but due to our company being a non-profit organization, and we are run by a board of trustees. They will not permit me to have the HR part of ADP due to the cost.

Pros

  • Reporting - every time I have called to have a new report set up, they are amazing at getting it done for me.
  • Payroll issues - I have called due to payroll issues and they have helped me work through it and to get the issues resolved immediately.

Cons

  • The call volume - so many times I have had to be on hold for an extended period of time.
  • Walk through with new HR/employees that need a generic walk through on how to do ADP. I was left to figure it out on my own and for the most part have.
  • The new report that helps us track our safe/sick leave act is amazing and the representative that helped us create this was wonderful.
From what I understand and the help the representatives have given me when I call has been wonderful.
  • None
We were having issues with trying to get a new report set up for our full time/part time employees and the hours they worked. We called ADP and the representative walked us through so many scenario to help us get the report we needed. He didn't hang up until he knew that we have the report we needed.
