Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

The whole organization uses it for payroll and timecards. We are also beginning to roll out the Analytics Dashboards for managerial use. HR uses it more specifically for recruiting purposes and for signing off on some procedures. It helps keep many of our files in the same location, which helps with auditing, as well as our own needs for searching through historical documentation.
  • Analytics - the Dashboards are useful for HR and for managers
  • Insight tips - whenever there are updates, there is a message or a pop up waiting when signing into ADP that is helpful to ensure the user is kept up to date
  • Easier way to have questions answered by ADP professionals - currently, there is sometimes too long of a wait for questions to be answered, or it seems like the questions won't ever get answered and it'd be nice to be able to just get answers when needed
  • While handy, some spots in the Analytics are a little difficult to use - some things work, others don't, and it can get frustrating
  • Positive - it can show real-time data on certain statistics such as headcount, turnover, termination reason, etc. which is helpful to see how our company is doing
  • Negative - we can't use it for performance reviews or signing other documentation and have to use outside programs and then transfer that data into ADP
It has worked sufficiently for us as needed other than the issues previously mentioned.
  • Outlook - we were able to sync up calendars with ADP so time off requests/interviews can go onto calendars directly for employees
It was fairly easy to achieve the Outlook integration, and is helpful for employees. For interview set ups, it doesn't automatically make the appointments private, nor does it give the option for that, which can make it tedious for our recruiters.
Well suited for payroll and file keeping purposes.

Not as well suited for items like performance reviews and comp-ratio.
