Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP for onboarding, payroll, and benefits. Our employees have individual access to see their information as well. We use ADP Workforce Now for our connection files to our carriers, open enrollment, and qualifying event changes. Employees have access to their annual and pay statements online. We also use time and attendance for eligible employees, and employees can see their time cards online. Employees are able to update their beneficiaries for life plans and update their direct deposit information as well.

Pros

  • The time and attendance team is very knowledgeable and helpful when assistance is needed creating new pay classes and/or updates to pay periods.
  • The online payroll system with ADP is very easy to navigate, and there are always new features that help make completing payroll easier.

Cons

  • Service requests take a very, very long time to complete, and we often have to consistently contact ADP to get updates on them.
  • ADP Workforce Now has made completing payroll, benefits, time cards, qualifying events, open enrollment, new hire enrollment, etc. easier as it is very user-friendly and intuitive.
Paycom was a nightmare to deal with. Their system is not easy to navigate, and we had a terrible time with implementation. ADP Workforce Now works significantly better, is much easier to navigate, and has better features that are constantly being updated. Implementation was much easier and less time-consuming.
Our payroll is often very complicated, and the ADP Workforce Now system is able to handle that. We have employees who work across two different departments and have to add an allocation so the system pays our salaried employees correctly. Completing open enrollment or qualifying event changes online is very easy with ADP Workforce Now and has saved us a lot of time and paper.

I cannot think of any scenarios where ADP Workforce Now would be less appropriate.
