Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used by HR and payroll for employee management, performance reviews, recruiting, benefits, and payroll. We have employees update their own personal information instead of contacting HR. Employees use the time and attendance feature as well as the benefits self-service portal during open enrollment.

ADP Workforce Now makes it easier for an HR department of one person to have their employees manage their own personal information, update tax forms, review old pay stubs, etc.
