We currently use it for payroll, HRIS, benefits, and analytics.
- Its system of checks and balances as it pertains to rules and compliance for benefits helps the user do things correctly.
- ADP's notifications and reminders regarding compliance/IRS deadlines keeps us on track.
- Regarding carrier connections, the connections reports could be more easily read and understood by the user so that the user could check for accuracy. The files also send incorrect data to carriers which creates issues for the insured employees. The connections team also has an issue with resolving issues quickly and accurately.
- The Service Connect feature feels akin to typing out a service request and then throwing it into the abyss. Nothing happens quickly or at all.
- The issues we've had with connection file feeds has cost us a lot of time and energy in the last month. We were not able to attend to bigger organizational products like we had planned.
- It has helped streamline operations between HR and Finance, though if we use more of the product's features, we would be even more streamlined to a point where it would free up a lot of our time. Assuming the features work correctly.
