Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now across the organization for payroll and time & attendance. It enable us to accurately report time worked and manage time off benefits.

Pros

  • The day to day functions are quite intuitive.
  • Ease of use for employees.

Cons

  • While the reports are robust, it's difficult to narrow down a choice when looking for something particular.
  • Updates are made frequently so it's hard to keep up with "how tos" for other users.
  • Increased accuracy of time reporting.
  • Better tracking of time off benefits used.
From what I've seen, I think the product could be scaled very easily. We moved to ADP Workforce Now from ADP RUN which helped us scale up to match the current size of the organization. (RUN is for 50 employees or less). When/if we grow, I believe that ADP Workforce Now will be able to keep pace with us.
We have not attempted to integrate any systems with Workforce Now. It was our attempt to integrate TimeClock Plus with ADP RUN which led us to Workforce Now. At this point, I don't see us attempting any integrations unless we experience some dramatic growth in our workforce.
ADP Workforce Now has a lot of tools in their toolbox. If you are small, like we are, you probably won't need them/want to use them all. For example, we have the onboarding feature set up, but we don't use it because we do very little hiring. But if you are looking for something to cover the basics like time reporting, payroll and time off benefit management, then this will work for you.
