Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

All employees use ADP Workforce Now on some level. We use ADP for different services such as recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, benefit enrollments, performance reviews, and reporting. It is convenient to have all of these in one place.

Pros

  • My account manager is very responsive and quick to get back to me when issues arise.
  • Clocking in and out is easy for all employees to use.

Cons

  • It would be nice if the Employee Referrals program had tiers instead of only allowing a one-time referral bonus.
  • It would be more convenient if there was a way to refresh a job posting to Indeed without having to copy the requisition and create a whole new one.
As our company grows, there have been no issues with ADP's ability to handle it. We have been able to give managers more autonomy in ADP, which has been helpful.

I have not had experience with other products to compare to ADP.
The payroll process is pretty smooth with ADP Workforce Now. Employees' time from each pay period is easily added to the batch for you, and, then, you can make other changes as necessary. Hiring managers can have access to applications for the jobs they are hiring for, which saves time from HR having to send them all of the resumes. There are sometimes small glitches in the system where you will get an error, but usually, if you refresh or log out and log back in it will be fixed.
