Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently use ADP WFN for payroll of all company and Benefits Enrollment. We also use the Onboarding section for new employees to complete documents and I-9.
  • ADP continually looks to improve the products and make them more user friendly.
  • The Bridge is a great resource when looking how to figure things out with WFN and tons of knowledgeable, responsive people.
  • One thing that isn't the easiest to deal with is after finishing implementation you are left on your own. It would be nice to have a resource dedicated to helping over the next 6-9 months as new things arise with new modules. Or different things not presented in training.
ADP seems to always be looking for improvements for the modules.
  • We use the EDI feed for benefits enrollments for 4 vendors.
It has definitely helped with our benefit processing during Open Enrollment.
