Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are utilizing ADP Workforce Now for its HR, Benefits and Payroll capabilities. We wanted something all-encompassing to help streamline processes and ensure all items were easily accessible in one place. It has assisted us in moving to a more paperless workplace and allowed us more control over some processes within our organization. We have a myriad of user types depending on the needs of the organization and their positions, however, creating these roles and securities is a bit overwhelming an tedious for the security manager role. One major complaint I receive is the ADP mobile app and its persnickety ways. It is not in any way user-friendly and is one of the worst applications we have utilized.

  • The mobile app.
  • More reporting access without having to pay additional fees.
  • I think it was a more expensive option for what we needed.
  • Implementation was a large negative impact. It took too much time and came with a lack of understanding.
I find it lacking in this area, it is not always capable of making the necessary changes for us without overrides, phone calls, extra steps in the process.
The other 3 are far more simplistic in the long run with fewer processes. However, they do offer fewer services. I believe they are more valuable resources for small businesses.
ADP is not well suited for a small local business. It also struggles in understanding the needs of certain healthcare type organizations. I can see it being more suited to large corporations with 500+ employees in manufacturing or retail.
