Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use Workforce Now to process payroll and employee file retention. Managers and supervisors in each department have certain access to their team's employee files. We use Enhanced Time and Attendance as our timekeeper which interfaces with Workforce Now during payroll processing.
  • User-friendly and easy to navigate.
  • The Bridge is a great resource.
  • Support teams are not responsive or do not understand issues.
  • Support teams are overworked and overloaded. They cannot meet customer needs.
  • Saves us time.
  • Saves physical space by providing file retention.
We have found, at least from the time side of things, that our population is too much for the system. I think we should have been sold a product that could grow with us.

The implementation of eTime was stressful. I believe the only reason it went as well as it did was that we had a former ADP employee as our HRIS at the time.
I attended a webinar featuring the leave module in eTime. I wanted to pitch this to our HR Director but it sounds like they have an outsourcing plan.
I know that ADP offers way more that we are not using. I cannot talk the executives into buying these other products because of the lack of support we have already received. Their track record is affecting our future with ADP.
