Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use it for payroll, HR, and recruiting for the entire company. All employees also use it for timesheets and PTO requests. We also use it for a database for training records.
  • HR database.
  • A very basic recruiting ATS.
  • Reliability.
  • Customization.
It has options to do just about anything. The question is if you want to pay for all the options, as many are way overpriced for what they are.
We do not have any other systems integrated with it and have not tried to due to cost from ADP.
In a previous company we made the transition from ADP to Workday and from the short time I had experienced it, Workday seemed to be an upgrade to ADP for a similar cost and more robust in capabilities.
It is still one of the best. It has everything available, if you want to pay for it all, it has it all. How well it does it all is a different story. Some parts are excellent like it's payroll and HR functions. It's recruiting function is basic and could use a lot of refinements. Also, its performance review area is weak at best, needs to be more robust and customizable.
