Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

With ADP our employees have more access to their pay stubs when they need them. They can update their taxes and direct deposits online with the ease of doing it themselves. We are able to house documents such as employee handbooks, safety handbooks, and insurance information all in one place for the employees to log into one place to view these documents and view their timecards. We have also used the performance reviews through ADP which helped us streamline the process and keep us on track.

Pros

Cons

  • Customization for smaller companies.
  • A direct service team to work with that knows you and the company.
  • We have been able to save time on processing payroll altogether.
  • Time cards are easier to review.
This is why we chose ADP - To give us the room to scale as a business and know that ADP has been around and helps companies with multiple group sizes we knew that this was the right choice for us.
We know that we are a growing company and that we wanted a system that is able to grow with us and is a stable reliable platform. ADP is good for smaller companies that need support and support for future growth as well. There are times that the systems seem too simple and we need it to work our way but we find ways to adapt to ADP's way. We are still learning and growing.
