Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We used ADP Workforce Now for payroll as well as HR. We are tracking variable comp and information for other countries, although, we are not using ADP for payroll in other countries.
  • I think it does the payroll really well--very easy to use.
  • Time and attendance also works well.
  • Employees like being able to log on from their phones.
  • Reporting can be difficult. Sometimes you change one thing and the report doesn't work.
  • Customer support can be problematic. Sometimes I know more than they do.
  • Better GL training for set up would be nice. I make changes and they don't work but I can't get anyone to show me what they are doing to fix them.
  • I'm not sure I can speak to that since I wasn't here before Workforce Now and don't know what the objectives were. I know it works well for my process.
I've learned that when you know what functions are available and you use them, it can do a lot more than you think it can.
Works great for salaried employees who have commissions and bonuses. Not quite as easy for time and attendance but still good. It's hard when you have both in payroll and you need to be transferred to multiple departments to get it fixed.
