Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Payroll processing, time keeping, onboarding.
  • Dependable and accurate payroll processing.
  • Help with solving problems.
  • Reputable company.
  • Secure.
  • Easier onboarding program, specifically user registration and expansion to electronic fillable forms.
  • Simplifying adding international companies to existing US based platform, felt like I was working with a totally new payroll provider when adding a Canadian company.
  • ADP has a ton of products to choose from, which is great.
  • Well-known payroll provider, employees recognize the brand.
I wish there would be an easier way to integrate multi-national companies under one system.

It's a good system and is reliable. It has a ton of different features to meet a multitude of needs.
Workforce Now is not necessarily at a price point that is realistic for companies with less than 50 employees. We didn't choose WFN for our smaller company in Canada because it just wasn't worth the extra cost.
