Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently utilize ADP for our time & attendance, payroll, reporting, HR & taxes and just added 401k services. We use it across the entire company including all branches.

  • SUI/SIT codes / setup training
  • View ( onboarding ) setup after completed
  • Online chat support
  • Efficiency has saved time
  • Reporting has kept us in compliance
  • Tracking has helped goal setting
We've been able to launch & incorporate usage across corporate and all our local and out of state branches with no issue.
  • Carrier Connection
I didn't personally work on the connection but was told it was fairly easy, just time consuming.
I've really enjoyed having access to the online webinars/seminars to keep us up to date on compliance issues, laws, COVID, employee retention, etc.

We have experienced excellent support from our personal representative and those through customer service and service connect.
ADP Workforce Now is excellent especially for small companies growing bigger. It's a one stop shop for all things needed. It's easy to navigate and train on.

COVID-19 Response

I love the one ever present orange "COVID-19 Update" button you can click on at any time and have access to all things relevant to COVID. It's been a life saver for us.
We've used it as a general guideline and reviewed it to make sure we were in compliance. We've been back in the office for some time now.
HR uses this feature regularly. I'm set to watch a seminar today! It's incredibly useful having everything available at your fingertips.
Efficient, convenient and much needed since our employee population's average age is 32. They are all tech driven. Having mobile access is a win for this crowd and saves time for HR.
