Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used across the whole organization and allows us to more efficiently operate having locations all over the East Coast.
  • Provide useful reporting
  • Excellent support
  • Regular updates and improvements
  • Improved help features to assist users in finding reports and tools that can be useful
  • We have been able to reduce HR costs and be more efficient with payroll, employee management and regulatory items
Only having used it for less than a year, I am not as familiar with the full scalability of the product. There have been a couple of items that I have found difficult to accomplish, but overall have found the abilities of the product have improved almost all areas I have been able to implement it.

Was fairly easy, have not been able to automate the process of recording the payroll into our general ledger accurately.

Any question or issue I have had was quickly addressed. Communication was easy and professional. I was able to speak with the appropriate person without having to go through several layers and the support was excellent.
ADP Workforce Now is very suitable for a company with 100+ employees. Smaller companies may find that it is more than they need, but it can still be useful. The cost is well worth the benefits and the savings come from making operations more efficient and reducing time needed to accomplish important tasks.
