Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP WFN implementation was super easy and pretty quick. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I have gone through an implementation before and this was seamless compared to my last one. IT also has metrics that I would normally track on my own and now it is all automated and accurate which makes my job more simple.

Our main rep is awesome and stays on top of things. The other reps are good as well.
It is very good for smaller businesses. I wonder if it would be as simple with a larger population and more complex scenarios.
