Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

The whole organization uses it for onboarding, payroll, 401k, and benefits.

  • Urgent messages should be more prominent, maybe a popup.
  • Communication on the ADP homepage to employees is tied to an email sent to employees as well.
  • Clear visibility to employee data.
ADP updates are relevant and apply to evolving needs. I think some of the technology that could be updated centers around the ability to notify employees better of required upload or information to fill in.
  • iCIMS
I cannot speak to how it was initiated, but all data from iCIMS can flow over to ADP profiles. I would like to see an integration with the Edge background check vendor.

In my interaction with the ADP team, I have felt supported and that my needs have been met (for what the system can accomplish).
Well suited for keeping track of my PTO, benefits, and all company information. I like its usability and the ease with which I can check on the history of pay or 401k.
