COVID-19 Response

I use them to process our payroll for the business, but during COVID I went to work at home to stay away from the mass population to avoid having to worry about me getting COVID, to make sure that our employees got paid weekly. We didn't use them to process our payroll for us.
We used several of their reports to send to our lender that were requirements for the PPP loans and forgiveness. We didn't use them to expand or transition us back into the workforce since we didn't close for a very long time during the peak of the pandemic. We remainded in full operational status.
If more of our employees used ADP on the regular then the toolbox may have come in handy. But our employee demographics don't use the app or website like that so it wasn't something that we were able to take advantage of. It didn't help our HR decision-making any since no one was using it.
Our employees don't use the mobile site to be able to update any information. They come into the office and fill out a paper form to update any and all information regarding their personal information or payment information. So it is really only helpful to managers and office staff to be able to access their paystubs.
